1. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings can be made via call, WhatsApp, or email.

• Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund of the rental amount (excluding any transaction/processing charges).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows (failure to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior cancellation) will result in no refund.

2. Early Return

• If a customer returns the vehicle before the end of the rental period, no partial refund will be issued for the unused duration.

3. Security Deposit Refund

• A security deposit may be collected at the time of booking or vehicle handover.

• The deposit is refundable after inspection of the vehicle, provided:

  • No damage has occurred to the vehicle.

  • No pending fines, tolls, penalties, or dues exist.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Fuel costs borne by the customer.

• Traffic fines, challans, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

• Damages, repairs, or loss caused by negligence or misuse of the vehicle.

• Service termination due to violation of Terms & Conditions.

5. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond Yatrika’s control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.), refunds may be delayed or adjusted based on circumstances.

6. Legal Disclaimer & Jurisdiction

• Refunds will be processed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and other applicable laws.

• Yatrika reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.

• Any disputes arising from refunds or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
